Refunds
If you wish to return any items from your order, you have 15 days from the day you received your order to request a return.
To start a return, please email info@amajo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To receive a full refund we require the item to be returned to us in the same condition you received it. It must not be damaged, no signs of use and with original the labels and packaging.
Once the return is processed, you’ll receive a refund to the payment method you used for your purchase. Should your refund be declined we will contact you with the reason why. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your the refund.
In the unlikely event that all or part of your order arrives damaged, drop us a line as soon as possible to info@amajo.co.uk along with photos of the damages and the packaging. These will be used to file a damages claim with the relevant carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). All purchases from our Accessories range are final and not eligible for a refund or exchange, unless they are faulty or damaged in transit. This is due to hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please also note, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges at the moment, instead return your original order and place a separate order for any new items.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
