How do I amend or cancel my order?

I've forgotten my Login/Password. What should I do?
- Simply click the "Forgot Password" prompt when attempting to sign into your AMAJO Account, a password reset link will be sent to the email address on file.
Why doesn't my discount code work with others?
- Our standard email subscription discount cannot be used in conjunction with others. We only offer stackable discounts during sale periods and holidays, keep an eye out for our exclusive member-only rewards!

What are your products made of?
Our products are predominantly made from eco-friendly resin. The resin used is a combination of a reactive mineral base and water.
How do I care for my products?
To ensure the lasting beauty of your piece, avoid exposing it to direct heat, including ovens, microwaves, or dishwashers. Though crafted with durability in mind, each piece deserves the same thoughtful care and gentle handling as fine glass or ceramics.
Is it normal to have small surface bubbles?
- Each piece is hand poured and although we try our best to achieve uniform outcomes, each one of them will have their own slight variations. Air bubbles and varying colours are normal and are not considered a fault.
